- Tucson Countertops in Granite is a natural substance mined all over the world. We seek out the highest quality material available. As with any “natural” material, however, its characteristics vary.

- Any sample you obtain may vary from your actual countertop comes from Tucson Countertops.
- Tucson Countertops - Fabricators will take great care to blend the color and pattern as well as place the seams in the best location for structural integrity and visual aesthetics.
- Tucson Countertops - Granite is a natural stone material cut in varying lengths from the quarry and pieces must be seamed together. Seam appearance may not exactly match the color of the granite slab.
- Tucson Countertops - The natural variation of granite makes it impossible to guarantee a match in pattern or color from one piece of counter to the next.
- Tucson Countertops - NO REPLACEMENTS will be made for natural color variations in the countertop.
Tucson Countertops - TEMPLATING VISIT
- Tucson Countertops - Any required adjustments to cabinets, brackets, walls, etc. are the responsibility of the Tucson Countertops - customer and/or his contractor and must be completed prior to the granite installation.
- Tucson Countertops - Cooktops, sinks and faucets must be on site at the time of template. If the sink is an undermount style, the sink will be taken to the shop for fabrication fitting.
- Tucson Countertops - Placement of all seams that may be required is at the discretion of the fabricator. It will be discussed; however, it may need to change due to material characteristics and/or structural integrity.
- Tucson Countertops - Locations for all faucet holes and accessories will be discussed and finalized.
- Tucson Countertops - Cabinets MUST be completely installed and level prior to template visit.
Tucson Countertops - INSTALLATION VISIT
- Tucson Countertops - Care will be exercised during the countertop installation. However, scrapes, punctures or digs to wall surfaces are possible, as are scratches and scrapes to cabinetry. These items are considered incidental damage and are the customer’s responsibility to repair. In most cases, cabinets can be easily repaired with cabinet touch-up kit.
- Tucson Countertops - Installation of a countertop is a construction process and residual dust should be expected. The customer may want to drape or cover areas to help contain the dust from the construction area. The job site will be left in broom-clean condition.
- Tucson Countertops - If you are going to have any other contractors doing work in your home, please instruct them to not use your new countertops as a workbench. This will avoid damage to your new countertop.
